First, because the concrete sand and gravel separator has relatively large torque, the machine should be installed on a concrete foundation. Furthermore, the foundation should have pre-embedded welding parts to facilitate welding during installation.
Second, the foundation depth and area should be calculated separately based on soil conditions. Enpu recommends that the foundation weight be approximately three times the machine weight. Refer to actual measurement data for machine installation dimensions. After installation, construction technicians should check for any displacement of the reducer's large and small gears, and ensure the clearance between the water tank and the large bucket wheel is consistent. After adjustments, the machine should be securely welded to the foundation.
In addition, while adding lubricating oil, adjust the oil level. This level should generally be 50% below the shaft center. After the concrete sand and gravel separator is installed and adjusted, a trial run should be conducted. During this stage, the equipment should run continuously for two hours under no-load; all fasteners must be secure and not loose; many concrete mixing plants now use private vehicles and have high personnel turnover, which increases the difficulty of managing the plants. They only care about making more trips to earn more freight fees, and do not follow the procedures for cleaning the mixer trucks and discharging material, causing blockages and incomplete discharge from the chute. Material accumulates in the chute, and without dedicated supervision, it clumps and becomes difficult to clean, preventing the sand and gravel separator from working properly.
If there is residual material in the mixer truck, and the driver still follows the pre-set procedure, this can easily cause blockages and even damage to the separator, because the original procedure was designed for normal transportation. Shortening the cleaning time to only 10 minutes is clearly insufficient to meet the requirements for cleaning and separating residual material!
