The main component of a sand and gravel separator is its separation system. A good separation system ensures good separation results and allows for flexible adjustments during operation.
The separated sand and gravel are relatively clean with minimal sludge, and contain low levels of ash. Due to the effective separation, the water content is also low, and the water can be recycled, achieving zero wastewater discharge. Furthermore, the equipment itself is highly efficient and easy to operate.

Among the separation equipment currently available, the perforated type is the most effective, requiring the use of a stone sweeper and a photoelectric control system. The sand and gravel separator primarily separates and recycles concrete, sand, gravel, and water. This equipment effectively addresses concrete pollution and conserves resources. Besides separating and cleaning the concrete, the separated sand, gravel, and water can be reused. The wastewater, after passing through a three-stage sedimentation tank, settles, and the clean water is then recycled back into the machine's internal circulation system.
