Daily Maintenance of the Mixing Plant
I. Before Start-up
1. Clean residual concrete from the main unit and hopper, and check that the blades and bolts are not loose.
2. Apply grease to all grease fittings and the main unit shaft end.
3. Check the air pressure to 0.6–0.8 MPa, and drain any water from the air tank.
4. Check the belts and pipelines for damage, leaks, and ensure the instruments are functioning normally.
II. During Operation
1. Regularly inspect the equipment for abnormal noises, overheating, and severe vibrations.
2. Ensure the belts are not misaligned or slipping, and that there is no dust emission from the powder section.
3. Observe the metering data for stability, and address any deviations promptly.
III. After Shutdown
1. High-pressure water rinse the mixing unit, discharge port, and hopper to remove any clumps.
2. Clean the entire machine of dust and check for leaks in the seals.
3. Add grease and tighten any loose bolts.
4. Turn off water, gas, and power, and record the operation.
IV. Periodic Brief Inspection
• Weekly: Adjust belts, inspect wear parts, and verify the zero point of the scale.
Monthly: Calibrate the weighing scale, check the gearbox oil level, and inspect the electrical wiring.
