Daily Maintenance of the Mixing Plant
I. Before Shift
1. Check the levels of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and air compressor oil.
2. Check belts, rollers, and blades for wear, looseness, and material accumulation.
3. Verify the weighing sensors, limit switches, and emergency stop switches.
4. Clean the hopper screens and check valve opening and closing.
II. During Shift
1. Immediately stop the machine if there are abnormal noises, oil leaks, or belt misalignment.
2. Regularly clean the material adhering to the inner wall of the mixer.
3. Monitor water temperature, air pressure, and motor temperature.
III. After Shift
1. Thoroughly flush the mixer, hopper, belts, and pipelines.
2. Drain cement/fly ash pipelines to prevent caking and blockage.
3. Clean accumulated ash and waste from the site and lubricate all pins and bearings.
4. Turn off water, gas, and electricity, and record the operation.
IV. Daily Minor Items
• Drain the air compressor and clean the filter.
• Tighten loose bolts and replace damaged seals.
• Check wiring and contactors for overheating and burning.
V. Periodic Briefing
• Weekly Inspection: Reducer, belt tensioner, dust removal equipment
• Monthly Inspection: Mixer blade liners, weighing calibration, hydraulic system
• Quarterly Inspection: Tighten all bolts, maintain motor, inspect pipes for defects
